John B. Fassett II

John was a respected and integral part of our firm. He focused on wills, estates, and estate planning. John also served as a presiding municipal judge for the City of Fort Myers. While a municipal judge, he was elected as one of ten judges to serve on the Florida Municipal Judges Association Board of Directors.

Throughout his career, John was deeply involved in several local organizations. John was a past secretary and treasurer of the Lee County Bar Association and was a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lee County. He was also involved with Meals on Wheels, the Literary Society, the Southwest Florida Community Concert Series Association, Southwest Florida Self Help Housing, the Lee County Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Fort Myers Optimist Club, the Lee County Alliance of the Arts and LARC, Inc.
