Biography
in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law. Joe joined the firm in
2021 after receiving his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
Joe focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, taxation and
business law. Joe often presents in different forums to professionals and clients
about legal topics, such as the Corporate Transparency Act, Florida’s Community
Property Trust and Advanced Charitable Giving Techniques.
Joe is the current president of the Estate Planning Council of Lee County, and
a member of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Associations, the Planned
Giving Council of Lee County and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law
(RPPTL) and Tax Sections of the Florida Bar.
Joe received multiple awards during law school, including the Florin & Roebig,
P.A. Outstanding Advocate Award and the CALI award in Accounting for
Lawyers in 2020. That same year, he also captained the team that won first place
at the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Pre-Moot in Miami, Florida.
