Courtney focuses in the areas of elder law, probate and trust administration,
guardianship, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and VA planning. She joined
Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP in 2019 with more than five years of business
and legal experience.
Courtney is a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Lee County Bar Association, and
The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
