Biography
in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law.
Aggie focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business
transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was a litigation attorney for a multinational
law firm, handling complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense,
real estate litigation, and real estate and corporate transactional matters. Aggie
also represented the State of Hawaii as a staff attorney in consumer protection
and professional licensing enforcement cases. After graduating from law school,
Aggie clerked for the Honorable Edwin C. Nacino at the Circuit Court of the
First Circuit, State of Hawaii, following a judicial externship with the Hawaii
Supreme Court.
Aggie is a member of The Florida Bar and Hawaii State Bar Association. She
was recognized in 2018 by the United States District Court, District of Hawaii’s
Pro Bono Committee on its pro bono honor roll for successfully representing an
indigent client in a human rights prisoner case. Aggie also received the CALI
Excellence for the Future Award in Elder Law in 2015.
Originally from Belgium, Aggie was recruited to play NCAA Division I tennis
at the University of Hawaii, where she led her team to victory in the Western
Athletic Conference Championship in 2012.
