Biography
in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law.
Beth focuses on elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust
administration, Medicaid and VA benefits and has over 30 years of legal
experience. Prior to joining Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP, she managed her
own elder law practice.
Beth is board certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in elder law. She is a
member of the Lee County Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law
Attorneys, Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and the Southwest Florida
Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association. Beth serves on the board
of The Heights Foundation. She previously served as chair of the Elder Law
Certification Committee of The Florida Bar and president of both the Academy of
Florida Elder Law Attorneys and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.
Beth has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2008 and was included in
the 2019 list of Top 50 Women Lawyers by Super Lawyers Magazine.
