Biography

Walter serves of counsel for Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP, a law firm specializing
in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law.

Walter focuses on real property and probate and trust. He joined Schoenfeld Kyle
& Associates LLP with more than 50 years of business and legal experience. He has
previously practiced as a solo attorney, with a Southwest Florida comprehensive
full-service law firm and, most recently, a Fort Myers trial law firm. Walter also
served as trial counsel for the U.S. Army in the Republic of Vietnam.

Walter is a member of The Florida Bar. He previously served as president of
Goodwill Industries and president of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers. He previously
served as trustee for First United Methodist Church and currently attends
Cypress Lake United Methodist Church. He enjoys watching college athletics,
in particular the teams at Florida State.
