Biography
Kevin is a partner of Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in
estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law.
He focuses on international and domestic tax advice and business transactions,
international and domestic trusts, and estate planning and probate. Kevin is board
certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in wills, trusts and estates and tax law. He
has earned an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®,
the highest recognition possible in the legal industry.
Kevin is a member of The Florida Bar, the Bar of the U.S. Tax Court and the Lee
County Bar Association. He previously practiced law in Los Angeles, California
and maintains membership with the State Bar of California.
He enjoys golfing and traveling all over the world to experience different cultures
and play different golf courses.
